If you have forgotten or wish to change your password, follow these steps. It may seem like a lot of steps, but this is because your privacy and security of your information is of utmost importance.

1. Log out if you are already logged in

2. Select Log In from the main screen

4. Enter your email address
   
   

   

5. Verify your email address
   
   

   

6. Enter your multi-factor code sent to your phone - or select Call me if you can't receive a text.
   
   

   

7. You can now create a new password
